The owners wanted an open floor plan while keeping each space charming and intimate. Because of budget and the price range of other homes in this community we had to be creative with our layout, but still give the homeowner above what they would expect in house of this scale. With this open concept we wanted to also create cozy and intimate areas that would be inviting and be open enough to entertain. We were able to achieve this by using the natural topography of the land and creative placement of the required rooms. This provided us opportunities to produced multiple areas with views and access to entertain guests. We also wanted to take advantage of the outdoors spaces that could be used year around with family and friends too.
