The builder had a challenging narrow front walkout lot and wanted to place a Colorado Ranch open floor plan while keeping each space charming and intimate. Because of budget and the price range of other homes in this community we had to be creative with our layout, but still give the homeowner above what they would expect in house of this scale. We also wanted to take advantage of the outdoors spaces and views year-round. So, we made sure to locate the house on the lot to take advantage of the deck and covered porch to maximize their views and privacy.
