The builder wanted a mountain modern open floor plan while keeping each space charming and intimate. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan that would showcase their spectacular views from as many rooms as possible. Because of budget we had to be creative with our layout, but still give the homeowner above what they would expect in house of this scale. We also wanted to take advantage of the outdoors spaces and views year-round. So, we made sure to locate the house on the lot to take advantage of the deck, patio and covered porch to maximize their views.
